Yamil Cardel, MD
Dr. Yamil R. Cardel, MD is a board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine and Obesity Medicine with extensive experience providing telemedicine-based care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Ponce Health Sciences University and completed an integrated residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Connecticut.
Dr. Cardel has over a decade of clinical experience practicing in emergency departments across the United States and has worked extensively in telehealth settings focused on obesity and metabolic health. His clinical approach emphasizes evidence-based care, patient safety, and individualized treatment planning.
