Website Analytics and Cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, Google Tag Manager, session-replay tools, or any other third-party tracking script on this website. No advertising or analytics company receives a record of your visit.

We do measure our own website, using our own software and our own servers. When you arrive, we set one first-party cookie named praxiom_pcid holding a randomly generated identifier. That identifier is not derived from anything about you and means nothing outside our systems. Alongside it we record the page you landed on, the advertising click identifier in the link you followed if there was one, the website that referred you, and which pages and buttons you interact with. This is how we tell whether an advertisement worked. The cookie expires after 90 days.

When an advertising platform is told that one of its advertisements produced a result, it is told only that: the platform's own click identifier, a generic event name, and a fixed value. It is never sent your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, any hashed or encoded version of those, the page you were reading, the medication or condition involved, or the amount you paid. We do not upload customer lists to advertising platforms and we do not run retargeting or remarketing advertising of any kind.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we set no cookie and record nothing. We also do not measure visitors who appear to be in Washington or Nevada, whose consumer health data laws require opt-in consent to collect this kind of information. Because we do not collect without one of these conditions being met, this website has no cookie consent banner. Analytics never run on pages where protected health information is collected or displayed.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment for services is required prior to receiving care unless otherwise stated in writing. All sales are final unless explicitly noted.
